Metcalf Builders is proud to lead the construction of Home2 Suites by Hilton, a modern extended-stay hotel located in Carson City, Nevada. This four-story, 91-suite hospitality project spans 57,000 square feet and is designed to meet the growing demand for flexible lodging in Northern Nevada.

Strategically situated at 3941 N. Carson Street, the hotel features a wood-framed structure, stucco and stone exterior, and a structural steel porte-cochere. Guests will enjoy a range of amenities including full kitchens, an indoor pool, and spacious accommodations tailored for both short-term and extended stays.

As Carson City continues to attract tourism, business travel, and special events, Home2 Suites will play a vital role in expanding the city’s lodging capacity. The project is valued at over $19 million and is expected to be completed by Fall 2025.
