METCALF LEADERSHIP

Bryce Clutts serves as Metcalf Builder’s President, Chief Executive Officer, and Partner providing executive leadership of Metcalf’s mission, as well as its strategic and cultural initiatives. He began his career as a laborer and has progressed through the various ranks of preconstruction, project management, site operations, and executive leadership over his nearly 30-year career. In 2001, Bryce joined a colleague and went on to develop a successful contracting firm in Las Vegas before relocating his family to Northern Nevada. Bryce joined Metcalf Builders in 2018 and became a managing partner in 2020. During his tenure, Metcalf has become one of the largest general contractors in the region.

Bryce’s passion has been and continues to be the stewardship of the Metcalf culture, mission, and core values, as well as the personal and professional development of his valued team. He has prided himself on delivering safe projects that exceed their clients’ expectations.

Bryce has served as a board member, treasurer, and lifetime achievement award recipient of the Girl Scouts; board member of Junior Achievement of N. Nevada; fifteen-year board member and two-time President of the Nevada Contractor’s Association (AGC); former board member and chair of the Nevada State Public Works Board; planning commissioner for Douglas County; and ten-year member of Vistage Worldwide.

Bryce encourages the Metcalf family to work hard and play hard. When not working hard, Bryce enjoys spending time with his wife and four children traveling, and enjoying the outdoors. Bryce is a wildlife enthusiast and conservationist and enjoys spending time with family and friends reflecting on all of God’s creation.
