METCALF LEADERSHIP

Paul Olivas is the newly appointed CFO of Metcalf.  As CFO he is a member of the leadership team and is responsible for the finance, accounting and other administrative activities of the company.  He will work with the leadership team and the entire company to help take Metcalf to the next level of growth.  He is excited to bring his experience to the team to help achieve the vision of the company.

Paul has over 20 years of experience at mid-market multi-location multi-state companies in the construction space.  He first started his career in public accounting followed by a move to industry as a controller at a newly built casino.  From there he entered the construction industry as CFO for a Reno headquartered manufacturer-supplier to construction contractors.  He continued in the industry as CFO for a large Northern Nevada construction contractor until he returned to manufacturing for the construction industry.

Paul is a native Northern Nevadan and is involved in the local community with charities, boards, and he served eight years on the City of Reno Planning Commission.  He enjoys all that Northern Nevada has to offer including family, friends, hiking, golfing, and Lake Tahoe.

Paul graduated from Stanford University with a B.A. in Economics and then attended The University of Nevada to take the accounting classes required for the CPA exam.  Later in his career he earned an MBA from the Wharton School.
