This transformative mixed‑income community is through a $50 million HUD Choice Neighborhoods Implementation grant. Phase I out of 5 phases will deliver 138 thoughtfully designed apartment homes along with community focused amenities.

Marble Manor will bring 627 mixed‑income homes, a community center, retail space, parks, and shared spaces intentionally designed to foster connection, stability, and opportunity. This project is currently in phase one.
