After spending the last 8 months doing asbestos abatement, demolition, and structural stabilization, Metcalf has begun the renovation and remodel of an existing 117-year-old apartment building in downtown Reno. Scope of work consists of the abatement, demolition, renovation, and remodel of the existing structure into 86 new residential units consisting of 47 studio and 39 one bedroom apartments, fitness center, and future retail space.
