Named after our founder “Red” Metcalf, Red’s Old 395 is a Carson City staple for BBQ and features the only wood-fired oven in town. As you walk through the building you will find yourself lost in the vast historical items of Nevada’s rich history. The includes an old Monarch steam engine, carriages hanging from the ceiling, and a windmill from a local ranch.
