Construction of a new ground up 2,300 square foot walk in (no parking) quick serve restaurant on a very tight 3,659 square foot property across from the University of Nevada Reno. The scope of work consists of a new masonry structure, wood trusses, storefront, brick façade, stucco, and metal wall panels.

The new store will be located at 1703 North Virginia Street. The store itself will be a 2,300-square foot walk-in restaurant.
