Metcalf, Bob Hamilton, and team at Hamilton Medical broke new ground and officially began construction on a new office and production building in Reno, Nevada. After months of logistics, planning, and collaboration, this momentous day represents the growth our team has achieved through hard work, dedication, and passion.
Metcalf is providing preconstruction and general contracting services for the new campus of Hamilton Medical located in Reno, NV. The project broke ground in April of 2022 and will be completed in the summer of 2023.
The project consists of site prep and development of 9.3 acres, a 3-story, 101,819-square-foot office and manufacturing facility. The first floor will offer administrative offices, clean, and manufacturing. The second floor will offer executive offices, production display, and employee lounge. The third floor will offer a roof top terrace and foyer.
