Brian Arbogast, Director of Preconstruction

Brian Arbogast serves as the organization’s Director of Pre-Construction, developing new and expanding upon existing client relationships; cultivating subcontractor, supplier, and designer partnerships; expanding upon the company’s regional footprint; and promoting the company’s core values, mission, and culture.

Brian is a graduate of the University of Nevada Las Vegas with a degree in Construction Management. He spent twelve years working for the fifth largest general contractor in the country on multi-family, casino, hospitality, healthcare, student housing, and industrial projects in Houston, Phoenix, Las Vegas, and Reno. In addition to his daily responsibilities, Brian is active in the Northern Nevada Association of Industrial Office Properties and plays a key role in the mentorship of the next generation of the Metcalf Family. His professional credentials include a LEED BD+C and Construction Management Association of America Certified Construction Manager.

Brian enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife and three boys, competing in motorcycle racing, and getting a round of golf in when he can.
