METCALF LEADERSHIP

Courtney Gilster serves as Director of Pre-Construction for Metcalf Builders, bringing more than a decade of construction leadership experience across commercial, multi-family, residential, franchise, and renovation projects. A graduate from the University of Montana, Courtney has built her career as a Project Manager, Lead Manager, and Director of Operations while in Southern California. She relocated to Northern Nevada to support Metcalf Builders’ continued growth and shares the company’s vision for high quality and thoughtful construction.

Since joining Metcalf Builders, Courtney has played a key role in project management and pre-construction efforts for complex developments, including historic rehabilitation and community-focused construction projects. Her experience includes managing multi-million-dollar budgets, leading teams, improving operational processes, and building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and trade partners.

Known for her energetic approach, strong leadership skills, as the Director of Pre-Construction, she is focused on helping clients make informed decisions early and supporting Metcalf Builders’ commitment to delivering projects with integrity and excellence from start to finish.

Outside of work, Courtney enjoys reading and camping with her husband and their two children.
