John Nash, Project Executive

As Project Executive at Metcalf Builders, John provides leadership throughout the entire project lifecycle, with a focus on building high-performing teams, maintaining accountability for schedule and financial performance, and developing strong, collaborative relationships with clients and industry partners.

 

John brings more than 25 years of construction industry experience, having worked with Fortune 500, publicly traded, and privately held companies. His career has provided him with a broad understanding of the construction business and the unique challenges involved in successfully delivering complex projects. Having worked from the perspectives of the builder, developer, investor, and subcontractor, John brings a well-rounded approach to project leadership and a strong understanding of the priorities of owners, design teams, contractors, and trade partners.

John believes successful construction is built on strong relationships, clear communication, accountability, disciplined execution, and a shared commitment to delivering exceptional results.
