A long-awaited redevelopment project is underway in Las Vegas’ Historic Westside, a community with more than 70 years of history. Metcalf Builders is bringing this vision to life with a 138-unit affordable housing development. The project includes four buildings: a four-story building with an elevator, a three-story walk-up, and two townhome duplex buildings. Site infrastructure and additional improvements are also part of the scope.
This development will strengthen the Las Vegas community by expanding access to quality assisted and affordable housing resources.
