Sparks, Nevada – Metcalf Builders, an award-winning northern Nevada general contractor, is proud to announce the groundbreaking of the new Home2 Suites by Hilton in Sparks, Nevada. Situated on the Marina within the Legends Shopping District, the project will offer a new extended-stay hotel to one of the fastest growing areas in northern Nevada.
The four-story, 67,000-square-foot, wood-frame hotel will feature 91 guest suites, an indoor pool and a variety of amenities tailored for both business and leisure travelers. Valued at $23 million, construction began in August 2025 and is scheduled for completion in January 2027. This is Metcalf’s second Home2 Suites by Hilton in northern Nevada, with the first located in Carson City.

The Sparks Home2 Suites joins the Hilton brand’s fast-growing portfolio of more than 600 hotels nationwide, recognized for its modern design, sustainability and comfort for extended stays.
