Metcalf Builders, a leading commercial general contractor in Northern Nevada has completed construction on Echo Suites by Wyndham, a new extended-stay hotel located at 545 Double Eagle Court in Reno, Nevada. The 42,661 square-foot, four-story property offers 100 rooms and adds over $10 million in new hospitality infrastructure to the Reno market.
Developed in partnership with Sandpiper Hospitality, the hotel is now open to guests and provides much-needed accommodations for both short-term and extended-stay travelers. Echo Suites offers convenient access to Highway 580 and is within walking distance of nearby restaurants and retail. Each spacious room is designed for comfort and functionality, featuring kitchenettes to meet the needs of long-term visitors.
Guests also have access to amenities including a fitness center, a luxury lounge area with vending machines, and an on-site laundry room—creating a home-away-from-home experience in the heart of Reno.
