This Affordable Multi-Family development will provide critical housing solutions for veterans, individuals experiencing homelessness and adults with physical disabilities.

With a total of 51 residential units in a three-story building, spanning 46,769 square feet, Line Drive Apartments addresses Nevada’s growing need for affordable housing.

Located at 700 Line Drive, the project will include amenities such as decorative hardscape, a dog park, shaded seating and barbecue area and an indoor community room.

Construction began in January and is anticipated to be completed spring 2026.
